You’ll think you won the lottery when you purchase Tour of Homes tickets at the amazing neighbor price of $25! It’s a well-kept secret. Knowing where you can make the purchase unlocks the winning combination.
There are always three pricing options for Tour of Homes tickets. And it’s not too early to make your plans. The best day for neighbors to tour is Friday, April 28, as streets are open and the houses are not as crowded. It’s easy to park if you’re driving. Plus, you can visit with homeowners and get design or color tips at the start of our legendary 51st Festival. Your Tour ticket is good all three days of Festival.
$25 Inman Park Neighbor Advance Sale Price
If you live in Inman Park, you can buy discounted tickets for $25, starting early April. This is a thank you from the Festival Committee to the hundreds of neighbor volunteers who make Festival possible (BTW—have you signed up for a volunteer shift at tinyurl.com/InmanParkVolunteer yet?). This price is only available at IPNA meetings and from the following neighbors. Only cash or checks made out to the Inman Park Festival will be accepted.

$35 General Public Advance Sale Price
Digital tickets can be bought at: inmanparkfestival.org. Please note that online purchases may be exchanged for paper tickets during Festival again this year at the sales booth at the corner of Elizabeth and Euclid. If you decide not to exchange your ticket and use your phone with QR code as a digital ticket, you need to show your ID at the entrance of each home on Tour. If you order tickets for other people online, you must fill out their individual names so they can identify themselves upon entry. See the website for details. In addition, three of our wonderful neighborhood businesses will also have advance-sale tickets (Thank them when you patronize their businesses!). Again: only cash or checks will be accepted; no credit cards. These businesses are:

$40 Full Price Tickets During Festival Weekend
Beginning Friday, April 28 ALL tickets are $40. Each ticket is good all three days of Festival house tour. It contains a description of each home on tour, a map of Festival, the entertainment schedule, and a history of Inman Park.
The numbers 12-4(pm) represent the opem hours of the Tour on all three days. Please note the new earlier closing time on Saturday and Sunday. Our Small Town Downtown is the winning ticket for an incredible weekend of fun. Hope to see you there!
