Steps to Having an Immediate Neighbors Meeting

When applying for a Type III Certificate of Appropriateness with the Atlanta Urban Design Commission AUDC, please factor in the following steps, fixed meeting dates and timeline with regards to getting neighborhood support and approval. For any questions please contact VP of Historic Preservation Sandy Hoke, [email protected] 

  1. Email the VP of Historic Preservation about holding an Immediate Neighbors Meeting.
    *Anticipate at minimum two (2) weeks from the date of your email request, until the meeting date, to accommodate schedules and mailing of notices.
  2. Hold the Immediate Neighbors Meeting.
  3. Present at the monthly IPNA Meeting (every third Wednesday).
    *Factor this date in relation to your Immediate Neighbor Meeting date and AUDC application meeting date.
  4. AUDC meeting date regarding your application.
